I was born in England – but after one too many Northern Hemisphere winters, I decided to literally turn my world upside down and relocate to sunny Australia.
It was soon after arriving in Sydney that I experienced my first Ka Huna massage. It was a profound, incredible experience and I felt compelled to learn this amazing bodywork for myself.
Moving to northern New South Wales, and following a stint as a Ka Huna therapist at Olivia Newton John's multi-award-winning Gaia Retreat & Spa, I worked for a number of years from my own massage studio in Australia's wellness epicentre, Byron Bay.
More recently I returned home to the UK, and am now practising in Brighton, East Sussex where I offer a deeply nurturing, rhythmic, flowing style that blends Ka Huna and Lomi Lomi techniques with elements of shiatsu, Ayurvedic head massage and reiki.
I regularly work as a massage therapist for a variety of wellness retreats and events (see below for details of past/future retreats I've been booked on).
If you'd like to discuss booking me for a forthcoming retreat, get in touch!
